Chris founded Valify with more than 16 years of purchased services experience working directly with GPOs and health systems at a national, regional and local level. He previously served as Director of Purchased Services for a regional purchasing coalition covering Texas. Chris holds a BBA degree in Management Information Systems from Baylor University and an MBA from Texas Tech University.

Chief Product Officer at Valify
Prior to co-founding the company in 2014, Mr. Forshee served as senior vice president of client experience and senior vice president of business development at Medalogix, LLC, a Nashville post-acute analytics company. Mr. Forshee also served as director of sales enablement for HealthStream, Inc., where he helped develop and execute new initiatives to support their growing sales organization. Mr. Forshee was a member of the Nashville Emerging Leaders’ Class of 2014 and a finalist for the Chamber of Commerce’s Nashville Emerging Leaders in 2014 and 2015. Mr. Forshee received bachelors degrees in business and sociology from Belmont University where he graduated magna cum laude.
Chief Operating Officer
Les Popiolek serves as Valify’s Chief Operating Officer with more than twenty-five years’experience serving healthcare supply chain. Throughout his career, Les has held diverse roles in operational and technological capacities in early-stage, mid-sized, and publicly-traded companies. Prior to joining Valify in 2017, Popiolek led the business operations and strategies for MedAssets group purchasing contract portfolio covering over $35 billion in spend. Before MedAssets, Les served as Chief Technology Officer for Broadlane, accountable for the performance of the company’s ecommerce, informatics, and supply chain outsourcing technologies. Les received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Vice President of Sales
Logan Walsh serves as Valify's Vice President of Sales. Throughout his career, Logan has held sales management roles for several early-stage and mid-sized healthcare non-labor expense reduction companies. Prior to joining Valify, Logan led a division of a healthcare analytics and benchmarking company focused on reducing expenses in capital, consumables, and purchased services within hospitals and health systems. Logan received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from the University of Mississippi.
Director of Client Services
At Valify, Raelyn ensures clients derive the most value from the software solution and has responsibility for client on-boarding and customer success. Prior to joining Valify, Raelyn led Supply Chain Business Intelligence for a large IDN where she had previously done work as a non-labor cost reduction consultant.
Raelyn is a graduate of Saint Martin's University where she received a Bachelor's in Accounting and Business Administration.
