New features, new opportunities
The launch of the RFP module perfectly coincides with our new brand because it fulfills our goal of delivering a complete, integrated platform. The new RFP module streamlines the RFP process through the use of category specific templates. It flows data and content from other areas in Valify directly into customizable RFP templates. When the RFP is returned from vendors, healthcare organizations can make objective based decisions through side-by-side analysis to more easily compare responses and identify savings opportunities. Users will have the ability to create and maintain an online repository of their own RFPs and templates too. Since all proposals from vendors are completed in the Valify vendor portal, thereby eliminating paper submissions that come in different formats and varying degrees of completeness, we expect this RFP feature to reduce the typical nine-month RFP process to under three months, saving our customers countless hours and dollars.
